Return Policy
1. Our Return Promise
At Scyxaronxonie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return policy in compliance with EU consumer protection regulations.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
2.1 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You can do this by:

3. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return
- The product must be in its original packaging
- The product must be unopened and unused (sealed products)
- The product must not be damaged due to mishandling by the customer
- Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
3.1 Opened Products
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened dietary supplement products. However, if the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
3.2 Statutory Guarantee (EU/NL)
Your legal rights regarding non-conforming goods (for example, defective or not-as-described products) are not limited by this policy. Where required by law, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
4. Return Process

- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the Product: Securely pack the product in its original packaging
- Ship the Product: Send the product to the address provided
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund
5. Return Shipping Costs
If you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us for a prepaid shipping label in such cases.
6. Refunds
6.1 Refund Processing
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
6.2 Refund Timeline
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:
- 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
- 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest
6.3 Refund Method
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
We will review your claim and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
9. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened supplement products (unless defective)
- Products with broken seals
- Products damaged through customer misuse
- Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe:
- First, check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted
- Contact your bank, as there may be processing time

11. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible at callme@scyxaronxonie.world. If dispatch has already started, you may still use your withdrawal right under Section 2 after delivery.
12. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with how we handled your return, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also contact relevant consumer authorities in your country, including ACM in the Netherlands, where applicable.
13. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. The Return Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
